摘要 PURPOSE: Ginger flavored food, and a maintaining method of the ginger flavor thereof are provided to prevent the excessive sweet taste of food, and to secure the ginger taste of the food for a long time. CONSTITUTION: Ginger flavored food uses 0.1-1 part of ginger powder mixture by weight containing 20-30 parts of ginger powder by weight in 0.1-20 meshes, 25-35 parts of ginger powder by weight in 20-40 meshes, and 40-50 parts of ginger powder by weight in 40-70 meshes. The ginger flavored food additionally contains 5-10 parts of ginger paste by weight.
