PURPOSE: A platelet multi-functional analysis device is provided to save the cost and time for analysis. CONSTITUTION: A platelet multi-functional analysis device comprises: a sample storage chamber(1) containing a blood sample; an agitator(3) which is mounted inside the sample storage chamber and induces vibration of the blood sample; a parallel channel(10) which separates blood into a plurality of paths; a vacuum device which is connected to the end of the parallel channel; a light source(20) for irradiating the parallel with the light; and an image sensor(22).
