<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pickle sprinkles which have good preservability and are easy to eat by drying tasty pickle and converting it into a form of sprinkles, and a method of producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The method of producing the pickle sprinkles includes a drying process of drying the pickle at a low temperature of not higher than 10°C whereat the flavor of the pickle remains undispersed and the pickle remains unfrozen, and a grinding process of grinding the dried pickle. For example, the drying process is carried out in an atmosphere with the temperature from -3 to 7°C and humidity from 1 to 10%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
