RISK MANAGEMENT SUPPORT DEVICE, AND ITS PROCESSING METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a risk management support management device which supports risk management associated with maintenance operation of railroad lines.

SOLUTION: An accident causing degree that indicates how much each of a plurality of operation problem items indicating items of problems associated with an object operation causes the accident is calculated based upon one operator's choice among the plurality of accident causing degree choice items. A occurrence frequency that indicates how much each of the plurality of the operation problem items easily occurs is calculated based upon one operator's choice among a plurality of occurrence frequency choice items. Risk evaluated values of the respective operation problem items are calculated by multiplying self-causing degrees calculated based upon choices by a plurality of operators by occurrence frequencies calculated based upon choices by the plurality of operators, and then output.
