<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate a method of recommending items such as a community or merchandise from the past action record of a user so as to compare the result and method itself. <P>SOLUTION: For data lowly related to past attribute data, after the lapse of a fixed period, only data for which a user has actually taken action to the attribute data is handled as an unexpected object.
