<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide member having high light emission efficiency and having small variations of illumination intensity. <P>SOLUTION: The light guide member 100 includes a light guide plate 300 having two opposite primary planes 310, 320 and two opposite light introduction surfaces 330, 350, and a light emission section made of a material which can scatter light and formed on the primary plane 310.
