<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device for a vehicle capable of turning-forming simply a plurality of thinned parts in a hub spindle. <P>SOLUTION: The hub spindle 1 of the bearing device for the vehicle includes a flange part 11 attached with a wheel from axially one end part of an outer circumference toward the axially other end part thereof, a large flange face 12a slide-contacting with a large-diameter side end face of the first conical roller 4a, an inner raceway face 13 rolling with the first conical roller 4a, a large-diameter part 14, a middle-diameter part 15 having an outside diameter smaller than that of the large-diameter part 14, and fit externally with a pulsar ring 5, and a small-diameter part 16 having an outside diameter smaller than that of the middle-diameter part 15, and fit externally with an inner ring 2, in this order. The first to third annular thinned parts 19a-19c of concave cross section are turning-formed respectively in the end part in a large flange face 12a slide and the end part in a large-diameter part 14 side of the inner raceway face 13, and the end part of the large-diameter part 14 side of the outer circumferential face of the middle-diameter part 15, and the respective thinned parts 19a-19c are formed into the same shape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
