<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device which enables a newly detected processing device to be a control target, on detecting the processing device which is not a control target. <P>SOLUTION: Each of a plurality of control devices 30 comprises: a communication processing unit 36 for, on detecting a device which is not a control target by retrieving devices connected to a communication unit while referring to a device information control table 33b with which information of devices (an image forming device, a personal computer, and the like) controlled by the own control device are registered, transmitting detection information of the non-target device to a control center server via the communication unit; and a table control unit 35 for, on receiving a control instruction request of the detected device transmitted by the control center server in response to the detection information of the detected device via the communication unit, registering information of the detected device with the device information control table 33b.
