<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical strap down type orientation detection device using a gyro of relatively low precision (low price). <P>SOLUTION: The strap down type orientation detection device includes two reception antennas which are arranged at a constant interval so as to computes positions of the reception antennas upon the basis of positioning radio waves received by the reception antennas, and further includes reference orientation angle measurement means of measuring a reference orientation angle of a moving body upon the basis of the positions of the reception antennas, and an arithmetic unit determines an initial value of a coordinate conversion matrix using the reference orientation angle obtained by the reference orientation angle measurement means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
