CONVEYOR EQUIPMENT FOR WORK LINE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability in a specific working section where it is hard for a worker to work on a loaded workpiece due to a low working floor on a conveyance carriage while suppressing equipment cost lower.

SOLUTION: Conveyor equipment for a work line includes the conveyance carriage 1 running along a workpiece conveyance path, and a conveyor 9 for the worker parallelly installed in the specific section in the workpiece conveyance path. The conveyance carriage 1 has a working floor 7 expanding in a lateral side of the workpiece W to be supported thereby. The conveyor 9 for the worker is supported on a ground side to overlap an upper side of the working floor 7 of the conveyance carriage 1. A frictionally driven wheel 23a brought into abutment with the working floor 7 of the conveyance carriage 1 to be frictionally driven is pivotally supported by the conveyor 9 for the worker. The frictionally driven wheel 23a and a conveyor belt 17 forming a worker riding surface 17a of the conveyor 9 for the worker are interlockingly connected so that the worker riding surface 17a is moved at the same speed as the working floor 7.
