<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve conversion efficiency of a photoelectric conversion device. <P>SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion device 31 comprises: a light absorbing layer 3 containing a Group I-III-VI compound having a chalcopyrite structure; an intermediate layer 4 which is positioned on the light absorbing layer 3 and contains a Group III-VI compound having an amorphous or microcrystalline structure; and a buffer layer 5 which is positioned on the intermediate layer 4 and contains a Group VI compound having a crystal structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
