<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique enabling different print-settings within a single document. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus includes a display part, an input part, a control part, and a printing part. The display part displays a plurality of first images each imitating a sheet and a plurality of second images being printing-object images. The input part obtains information of a position specified by a user from a display area of the display part. The control part performs the steps of: detecting an event of one or plurality of the plurality of second images being selected on the basis of positional information obtained by the input part; setting, when the selected second image or images are released onto a single first image of the plurality thereof, so that the released second images are in one group; and performing a print-setting for each group.
