<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element such as a dye-sensitized solar cell, which has little resistance loss in deriving electric power generated by light irradiation to the outside, further has a high opening ratio of an incident face, allows incident light to be effectively utilized, and moreover allows an excellent photoelectric conversion characteristic to be obtained, and to provide a manufacturing method of the photoelectric conversion element. <P>SOLUTION: A dye-sensitized photoelectric conversion element has a structure in which a transparent electrode 2 is provided on one primary surface of a transparent substrate 1, current collection wiring 8 provided with a current collection wiring protection layer 9 is provided over the surface of the transparent substrate 1 with the transparent electrode 2 in a predetermined interval, and a porous electrode 3 is provided over a surface on the side provided with the current collection wiring 8 of the transparent substrate 1. Then, in the dye-sensitized photoelectric conversion element, on a surface on a light incident side of the transparent substrate 1, which is opposite to the surface provided with the current collection wiring 8, there is provided an optical waveguide structure 11 having a convex three-dimensional shape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
