<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data communication system capable of reducing a communication load and avoiding mismatching of device configuration information between a remote management server and a controller. <P>SOLUTION: A data communication system is configured with an integration controller 2 for controlling devices installed in shops and a remote management server 4 for remotely managing the integration controller 2 by transmitting/receiving data via a network. The integration controller 2 has means for obtaining the latest device configuration information on the configurations of the devices installed in the shops, and information indicating whether the remote management server 4 has obtained the latest device configuration information. When the remote management server 4 has not obtained the latest device configuration information and the remote management server 4 makes a request, the integration controller 2 adds the latest device configuration information to a response corresponding to the request and transmits the response to the remote management server 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
