<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately acquire the information of an image or a video on which the fact of unsettled leaving is projected from a storage device, and to easily discriminate a person ended up with unsettled leaving due to an input error or the like in settlement from a person performing illegal unsettled leaving. <P>SOLUTION: The parking lot management system is configured to, by photographing a predetermined place in a parking lot by a camera installed in the parking lot, store vehicle entry video information on which the entry of a vehicle to a parking space is projected and vehicle leaving video information on which the leaving of the vehicle from the parking space is projected or the like in a video storage device, and to transmit the time code of the vehicle entry video information and the vehicle leaving video information or the like to a maintenance service center when the unsettled leaving of the vehicle becomes certain.
