<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: ESD protective material paste with which a peak voltage can be easily lowered; and an ESD protection device including an ESD protective material layer which can be formed using the ESD protective material paste. <P>SOLUTION: ESD protective material paste for forming an ESD protective material layer includes: (a) a paste-like resin; and (b) a composite particle 2 including a first particle 4 comprising a metal particle which is dispersed in the paste-like resin and a second particle 6 which adheres on a surface of the first particle 4, has a particle size smaller than that of the first particle 4 and comprises a dielectric particle or a metal particle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
