<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose an information management device capable of improving information collection efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The information management device comprises: an entry information preservation part for acquiring and preserving entry information already inputted by a user; a feature word extraction part for extracting a feature word from the entry information preserved by the entry information preservation part; a ratio calculation part for calculating a ratio of the number of entry responses including the feature word to the total number of the entry information preserved by the entry information preservation part; a feature word-ratio storage part for associating and storing the feature word and the ratio calculated by the ratio calculation part; a feature word selection part for selecting the feature word associated with the ratio and displaying it on a prescribed screen on the basis of the ratio stored in the feature word-ratio storage part; and an operation part for operating validity/invalidity of the feature word stored in the feature word-ratio storage part.
