<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium having a hologram formation layer and a pseudo adhesive layer, which has a function to increase open ratio and keep an opened item attached to a mail article and delivery by being provided with a recording laminate using the information recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: A base material 1 for information recording medium has an information recording area 2 at least on one surface.
