<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope-cooling device capable of cooling the distal end of an endoscope without significantly increasing the weight of an endoscope control unit. <P>SOLUTION: In the endoscope, a scope part includes: a heat exchanger 9 disposed at the distal end 5 and having a coolant flow channel for cooling a functional component; a first tube 11a one end of which is connected to one end of the flow channel of the heat exchanger 9 and which extends towards a shaft 6; a second tube 11b the one end of which is connected to the other end of the flow channel of the heat exchanger 9 and which extends towards the shaft 6; and a displacement-flow converting part 13 connected to the other end of the first tube 11a and the other end of the second tube 11b and converting the displacement of a predetermined region to the flow of the coolant. An external device includes a displacement-generating part for generating the displacement, and the predetermined region of the displacement-flow converting part 13 and the displacement-generating part are connected by a displacement-transmitting part 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
