<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter for overlapping an end of a tape where a peel-off margin can be formed by folding the end of the tape and mutually overlapping the adhesive surface side of the tape so that the adhesive tape can be easily peeled off, the fold shape of the end of the tape includes the whole surface fold overlap in which the fold shape of the end of the tape is parallel to the tape cut line and a right and left corner fold overlap formed at right and left corners of the end of the tape, and a piece of a single tape can be obtained like an ordinary tape cutter. <P>SOLUTION: The cutter for overlapping the end of the tape is configured as follows: the first tape receiving means, the second tape receiving means, and a tape supporting member are arranged on a rotating pad set up in the backward of the cutter blade moving up and down; the second tape receiving means and the tape supporting member move back and forth between the cutter blade and the first tape receiving means in synchronization with the vertical movement of the cutter blade; the second tape receiving means moves closest to the cutter blade immediately before the tape is cut and when the tape is severed, the cutter blade moves back to the upper limit position and the second tape receiving means moves back to the position closest to the first tape receiving means located in the backward; and consequently, each formation of the whole overlap, left corner overlap, right corner overlap, and no overlap of the end of the tape can be formed at the upper front side of the first tape receiving means by changing an angle for controlling pad rotation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
