PURPOSE: A non-flammable coating agent is provided to provide an excellent limited combustible foamed molded product which is not combustible by flame when coated on combustible foamed resin or woods. CONSTITUTION: A non-flammable coating agent comprises alkali silicate, silica powder, and expandable graphite. The alkali silicate is one or more selected from potassium, silicate, sodium silicate, aluminum silicate and lithium silicate. The average particle diameter of the silica powder is 10-40 micron. The content of the silica powder and the expandable graphite is 10-15 parts by weights based on 100.0 parts by weight the alkali silicate salt, respectively.
