PURPOSE: A rope comprising a device with an identification function in the water is provided to minimize damage of the device due to rope bending or tension and to enhance durability. CONSTITUTION: A rope comprising a device(100) with an identification functionin the water comprises: a core(110); an adhesive layer(120) formed at the outside of the core; a support layer(130) attached on the outside of the adhesive layer; a reflection layer(140) for reflecting the light formed at the outside of the support layer; a plurality of refraction layers for refracting the light of a glass bead shape; a transparent coating layer(160) surrounding the outer layer of the refraction layer; and an air layer(170) formed between the refraction layer and coating layer.
