PURPOSE: A system and method for approving authority for server operation are provided to reduce time for security inspection by receiving only a security operation terminal, an operator ID, and an operation authentication key. CONSTITUTION: A system for approving authority for server operation comprises an operation registration server part(100), a server connection administration server part(200), an operation target server(240), and a security operation terminal(230). The operation registration server part, the server connection administration server part, and operation target server are interconnected through a local network. The operation registration server part and a registrant terminal(101) of an operator are connected through the local network and wired and wireless internet networks. An approver terminal(131) and an administrator terminal(130) are connected to the operation registration server part and the server connection administration server part through the local network.
