<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a sufficient circuit protection function without peeling a coverlay while using liquid crystal polymer or a fluorine resin as the coverlay. <P>SOLUTION: A flexible printed board 1 includes a flexible base substrate 4 having a depression such as a through-hole 20 or a via hole 30, a filling 40 filling the depression, and a coverlay 10 including a liquid crystal polymer or a fluorine resin for coating the base substrate 4 and the filling 40.
