<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner for a vehicle capable of achieving heating in a cabin, while sufficiently restraining the deterioration in vehicle fuel efficiency, even if actuation efficiency of an on-vehicle apparatus of becoming a heat source when heating the cabin inside is improved. <P>SOLUTION: Assuming a heating quantity of heating blowing air by a heater core 13 for heating the blowing air with waste heat of an engine 10 as the heat source as a first heating quantity hm1, and a heating quantity of heating the blowing air by a heat pump cycle for heating the blowing air by using heating energy output by the engine 10 as a second heating quantity hm2, the heating quantity ratio hm2/hm1 of the second heating quantity hm2 to the first heating quantity hm1 is increased in response to an increase in the actuation efficiency ηe of the engine 10. Thus, a temperature drop quantity of engine cooling water flowing out of the heater core 13 is reduced, and a frequency of becoming an inefficient high load operation state in the heat pump cycle 20 is reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
