<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working vehicle capable of easily performing maintenance on a component between a front part of a driving unit and a heat shield. <P>SOLUTION: A working vehicle includes: an engine room which is formed while surrounding the front side thereof rather than a driving unit with an engine hood and in which an engine is packaged, a frame 32 which is erected in a rear part of the engine room, and a heat shield 34 which is mounted onto the frame 32 and partitions the engine room and the driving unit.
