<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic faucet device, using a radio wave sensor, which does not spoil a degree of design freedom and can reliably prevent water from being erroneously discharged due to external impact even when a communication pipe has a bent section. <P>SOLUTION: An automatic faucet device 1 comprises: a faucet main body 1A; a water pipe 20; a radio wave sensor 40 to detect an operation state of a user; and a control section 50 which discharges or stops water by opening/shutting a discharge valve 30. The automatic faucet device 1 also has: a radio wave transmission space between an inside of a communication pipe 10 and the water pipe 20; a radio wave emission port 27 provided at a water discharge section 10c; the radio wave sensor 40 which outputs radio wave through the radio wave transmission space; and a coaxial cable 60 arranged parallel to the water pipe 20 at least in a portion corresponding to a bent section 10b of the communication pipe 10 in the radio wave transmission space. The automatic faucet device 1 is configured to radiate radio wave outside by transmitting the radio wave from the radio wave sensor 40 to the radio wave emission port 27 through the coaxial cable 60. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
