<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output driver circuit capable of improving the quality of an output waveform while stabilizing a slew rate. <P>SOLUTION: The output driver circuit includes a plurality of pull-up sub-drivers for pulling up voltage of an output terminal in response to a pull-up signal based on output data, and a plurality of pull-down sub-drivers for pulling down the voltage of the output terminal in response to a pull-down signal based on the output data. A pull-up sub-driver is selected by an allocated pulling-up calibration signal, and a pull-down sub-driver is selected by an allocated pulling-down calibration signal such that a pull-up drive capability of the voltage of the output terminal is equal to a pull-down drive capability. Timing of performing on driving of the pull-up sub-driver is calibrated by the pulling-down calibration signal.
