<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double overtube facilitating technical operation in ESD (endoscopic submucosal dissection). <P>SOLUTION: The double overtube includes: a flexible inner overtube 10 having an expandable/shrinkable balloon 11 formed on the front end and allowing an endoscopic insertion portion 30 to be inserted in the inside; and a flexible outer overtube 20 having an expandable/shrinkable balloon 21 formed on the front end and allowing the inner overtube 10 to be inserted in the inside. An endoscope passing window 13 enabling the front end of the endoscopic insertion portion 30 to pass therethrough is formed on the side closer to the terminal end than to a portion where the balloon 11 is provided in the inner overtube 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
