<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oiltight power apparatus capable of installing an oil controller at low cost and with ease by eliminating use of a valve of an oil conduit for connecting a container of the oiltight power apparatus with the oil controller and preventing plastic deposit on a top layer of insulation oil charged into the container from invading into the oil controller. <P>SOLUTION: An oil conduit of an oil controller and an oiltight power apparatus are connected with each other through a detachable connector housing and connector.
