<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insertion type sensor such that a decrease in sealing performance of the insertion type sensor having a sensor part arranged in a flow channel such as a duct is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: A flow channel insertion type sensor includes a detection part (30) arranged in a flow channel (50) surrounded with wall surfaces; a housing part (10) fitted to a wall surface of the flow channel; a support member (20) coupling the detection part and the housing part to each other; a cable (40) penetrating an opening part of the housing to electrically connect the detection part and an external circuit to each other; a filler (12) filling a gap between the opening part of the housing and the cable; and an elastomer member (14) provided between the cable and the filler to make a round in contact with an outer periphery of the cable. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
