<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noises during operations of a vehicle sensor without causing the escalation of the price of a seat belt retractor. <P>SOLUTION: An impact, which is made when a sensor weight 11 moving in a sensor weight storage recess 12 collides with a side wall surface 25, can be absorbed by making the sensor weight 11 elastically deform an elastically-deformable piece 50 that is integrally formed in the side wall surface 25 of a sensor holder 10. Thus, the number of man-hours for the manufacture of the vehicle sensor 1 can be set smaller than when a surface of the sensor weight 11 is coated with an elastomer, and the noises during the operations of the vehicle sensor 1 can be reduced without causing the escalation of the prices of the vehicle sensor 1 and the seat belt retractor including the vehicle sensor 1 as a component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
