<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an adhesive composition for an adhesive tape to be adhered to an ITO surface of a transparent conductive laminate having a transparent conductive film, capable of suppressing change in resistance value of the transparent conductive film and preventing a white turbidity from being produced after an environmental test at high temperature and high humidity, an adhesive composition, and an adhesive tape using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing an adhesive composition for an adhesive tape to be adhered to the ITO surface of the transparent conductive film including ITO includes at least following steps (1) and (2) to obtain the adhesive composition. (1) the step of adjusting an adhesive raw material mixture obtained by mixing, to a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition including an acrylic resin, at least one monomer of a hydroxyl-containing (meth)acrylate and a photopolymerization initiator.
