<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retractable writing utensil which prevents a pushing element from moving forward further than a normal engagement position to sink in a barrel into an abnormal retreat failure state. <P>SOLUTION: The retractable writing utensil includes a barrel 10, a plurality of refills 21, 22 housed in the barrel, a plurality of pushing elements 41, 42 connected respectively to the rear end sides of the refills 21, 22, a plurality of guide holes 51a, 51d formed on the outer circumferential side of the barrel 10 so as to guide the pushing elements 41, 42 in the shaft direction, and insertion holes 51c, 51f continued to the front side of each guide hole, formed wider than each guide hole in the circumferential direction of the barrel and capable of inserting through the rear ends of the pushing elements 41, 42. The retractable writing utensil further includes a sink restricting part 42h for restricting the pushing element 42 from sinking while abutting on the element from the center side of the barrel, when the element 42 moves forward further than the guide hole 51d to sink in the barrel from the insertion hole 51f. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
