<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system for reducing power consumption when a print job is rasterized by a plurality of image processing devices in a distributed manner, and an image processing control device. <P>SOLUTION: The image processing system includes: a plurality of image processing devices 3a-3d for rasterizing a print job in a distributed manner; and an image processing control device 2 for controlling the plurality of image processing devices 3a-3d. Each of the image processing devices 3a-3d has a transition part for shifting the operation mode of the image processing devices 3a-3d from normal mode to power-saving mode that consumes less power than the normal mode.
