PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system for reducing power consumption when a print job is rasterized by a plurality of image processing devices in a distributed manner, and an image processing control device.

SOLUTION: The image processing system includes: a plurality of image processing devices 3a-3d for rasterizing a print job in a distributed manner; and an image processing control device 2 for controlling the plurality of image processing devices 3a-3d. Each of the image processing devices 3a-3d has a transition part for shifting the operation mode of the image processing devices 3a-3d from normal mode to power-saving mode that consumes less power than the normal mode. The image processing control device 2 includes a control part for shifting the mode of an unnecessary image processing device among the plurality of image processing devices 3a-3d from the normal mode to the power-saving mode in accordance with the progress of the print job.
