<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly transmit and receive contents between Karaoke devices without causing trouble to a content service being executed, in the case of transmission/reception of contents on the background of the content service. <P>SOLUTION: A Karaoke device 4b (requesting side) which has not acquired contents yet acquires predictive occupation values relating to processing loads of content services scheduled to be executed in future, from other Karaoke devices 4a, 4c, and 4d (requested side) and calculates predictive communication rates corresponding to the respective predictive occupation values. The Karaoke device 4b on the requesting side selects, as a distribution source, the Karaoke device 4c out of the Karaoke devices 4a, 4c, and 4d on the requested side, which is in a distribution state showing that contents have been acquired and has a predictive communication rate closest to a predictive communication rate of the Karaoke device 4b itself and requests the selected Karaoke device 4c on the requested side to distribute contents.
