<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple dwelling intercom system capable of preventing an alarm function for fire and gas from being damaged even when a network is attacked, regardless of connection between each room terminal and the Internet without a controller. <P>SOLUTION: Each room terminal 3 performs connection to the Internet 7 (e.g. connection to external servers 8, 9) under the control of an intercom CPU 43, but, when a fire or a gas leak is detected, causes a speaker 41 to output alarm sound and notifies a management room master unit 4 of the detection via a controller 5 under the control of an alarm system CPU 42. Since the CPUs are different in controlling respective operations between an alarm function and an intercom function, the detection of a fire or a gas leak and the notification of the occurrence of a fire or a gas leak are enabled even when the intercom CPU 43 becomes non-functional. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
