<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system which allows a plurality of coordinated base stations to communicate over radio with a mobile station even while the mobile station is moving, a controller therefor, and a communication method therein. <P>SOLUTION: A communication system includes a mobile station, a plurality of base stations capable of communicating over radio with the mobile station, and control means. The control means predicts a location of the mobile station after a predetermined time period of moving and controls radio communication between more than one coordinated base stations and the mobile station on the basis of the predicted location.
