<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover to be mounted on a fuel tank cap for reducing the misidentification of a fuel type to be supplied by easily and clearly showing the fuel type to be supplied to reduce the possibility of supplying the wrong fuel type into an automobile. <P>SOLUTION: For the cover 1 for the automobile fuel tank cap 2 mountable/demountable on/from the automobile fuel tank cap 2, any color is applied corresponding to the by-fuel-type color of a fueling hose of a gas station. A cylinder part covering part 12 is provided for covering a cylinder part 5 of the fuel tank cap 2. At the front end of the cylinder part covering part 12, a turned-around engaging part 14 is provided which is protruded inside with respect to a base end side end face 6 of the cylinder part 5 toward the axial direction of the cylinder part 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
