<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate which can develop various functions such as hard coat properties, transparency, and antistatic properties at a high level and has very high interlayer adhesion and to provide a method for producing the laminate which is not a tandem application method but an application method for forming the laminate by one application process, does not need to add a large amount of a gelling agent such as gelatin, and is simple industrially. <P>SOLUTION: The laminate has at least a pair of layers contacting with each other. In the laminate, in the element quantitative analysis in the depth direction by a glow discharge emission spectroscopic analysis of the laminate, the intersection depth of detection signals derived from respective components composing the layers contacting with each other is made a standard, and from the standard, the component of one layer out of the layers contacting with each other is admitted to intrude into the other layer in a range of 1/150-1/3 of the thickness of the other layer.
