摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle touch control device of an injection molding machine, preventing damage to a die or an injection device due to excessive pressure contact force generated when an injection cylinder is thermally expanded due to a temperature increase to extend total length thereof, and preventing leakage of a resin from a nozzle tip when the injection cylinder is thermally contracted due to a temperature reduction to reduce the total length thereof. <P>SOLUTION: An injection device is advanced (SA01). Whether a nozzle is brought into pressure contact with a die is determined (SA02). The injection device continues advancing when the nozzle is not brought into pressure contact with the die, and a brake is actuated when the nozzle is brought into pressure contact with the die (SA03). The present temperature Tr of an injection cylinder is measured to be used as a monitoring temperature Ta, and Ta is stored as a reference temperature Tb (SA04). The present temperature Tr of the injection cylinder is measured to be used as a monitoring temperature Ta (SA05). Whether ¾Ta-Tb¾ is larger than Tlimit is determined (SA06).
