PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a ceramic heater embedded heat radiation plate is provided to maximize the heat storage properties of ceramic by integrally forming a ceramic heat radiation plate and a ceramic heater. CONSTITUTION: A metal color formation ion is added into alumina basic composition. The mixture of the metal color formation ion and the alumina basic composition are mixed in a ball mill for 48 hours. Solvent uses organic solvent and a PVB-binder. A central particle diameter of the solvent is 0.3μm. The solvent is in a slurry state. The air in the slurry is removed using a defoamer. The thickness of a green sheet is 600 to 1000μm in a tape casting method. A resistance patterning green sheet and the green sheet are compressed by pressing. |
