PURPOSE: A residual meat elimination apparatus for a wire which divides meat is provided to execute the back-and-forth rotary motion of a link member around a fixing shaft by rotating a rotary cam board. CONSTITUTION: A sliding member(S) is slid according to a rotary shaft(21). A driving shaft(32) is reciprocated according to the longitudinal direction of a wire(10). The end of a cleaning member(31) is inserted into the wire. A link member(33) combined with a hinge shaft(32a). A rotary cam plate(35) is rotated with the torque of a motor. A cam groove insertion roller(33a) is inserted into an eccentric cam groove(36). The back-and-forth rotary motion of the link member is executed according to the movement of the cam groove insertion roller using a one-sided mind cam groove.
