<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform power saving. <P>SOLUTION: A storage part 1a stores statistical information in which the number of items of the past transaction of an automatic transaction device 2 is recorded. A telegraphic message storage part 1b stores a telegraphic message to be transmitted to the automatic transaction device 2. A generation part 1c generates an instruction telegraphic message to instruct a power saving operation to the automatic transaction device 2 on the basis of the number of items of transaction until the previous day by referring to the storage part 1a, and stores the instruction telegraphic message in the telegraphic message storage part 1b. When transmitting the instruction telegraphic message stored in the telegraphic message storage part 1b, a transmission control part 1d updates the instruction content of the instruction telegraphic message on the basis of the number of items of transaction on that day of the automatic transaction device 2 by referring to the storage part 1a, and transmits the updated instruction telegraphic message to the automatic transaction device 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
