<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personnel arrangement planning system and a personnel arrangement planning method capable of automatically evaluating a skill level of each person on the side of providing a service in a complex manner and achieving uniform personnel arrangement. <P>SOLUTION: The personnel arrangement planning system includes: a score DB for storing scores of a plurality of items of an evaluation object for each work of the evaluation object and each object; a level DB for storing statistic values for each object and for each of the plurality of items for the scores stored in the score DB; and a server for extracting the object from a plurality of tables for which the objects are divided according to a division ratio on the basis of the statistic values stored in the level DB according to the division ratio and forming a team. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
