<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform an inspector of an inspection route to shorten an inspection time. <P>SOLUTION: When an inspector 1 enters an area with a plurality of inspection places, the current position is transmitted to a server, and inspection scheduled places P1 and P2 and an inspection route are determined under the consideration of the positions of inspection places P1 to P5 and the moving time of the inspector 1 in the server. Data showing the determined inspection scheduled places P1 and P2 and inspection route are transmitted from the server to the portable telephone of the inspector 1, and the inspection route is displayed on the display screen of the portable telephone. The inspection scheduled places P1 and P2 are shown with broken lines 111 and 112, and the inspection route is illustrated with an arrow R1. When the inspector 1 or another inspector ends the inspection of the inspection scheduled places, the end data are transmitted to the server, and the inspection scheduled places and the inspection route are updated. The inspector 1 or the other inspector is informed of the updated inspection route or the like.
