<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analytical chip capable of quantitative analysis by a competitive reaction. <P>SOLUTION: An analytical chip to analyze a measuring object substance in a liquid sample comprises a substrate and a channel formed on a surface of the substrate to flow the liquid sample from an upstream side to a downstream side. The channel has: an introduction section to introduce the liquid sample to the channel; a reaction section to allow the liquid sample to competitively react; a discharge section provided at the downstream side of the reaction section; and a damming section to restrain the liquid sample from flowing from the reaction section to the discharge section. The reaction section stores a specific binding substance that the measuring object substance specifically binds thereto or a carrier where a competitive substance of the measuring object substance is preliminarily fixed thereto. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
