<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultured/natural product pull-up guide implement for surely and easily pulling up a rope or the like with shellfish without slipping when pulling up the rope or the like with shellfish from the sea. <P>SOLUTION: The cultured/natural product pull-up guide implement includes a guide part for the rope with shellfish, composed of a plurality of roll-like rotation bodies. One or both axial ends of the roll-like rotation body are provided with side walls to prevent a fall from the guide part. The roll-like rotation body is also provided with a non-slip protrusion and a non-slip space. The end on the pull-in side is curved in the rear face direction of the guide part to prevent shellfish from being caught by the guide part. The pull-in port side is formed wider than the delivery port side. A hull fixture is provided at the on-board side end of the guide implement so as to be mounted to a ship. The adjacent roll-like rotation bodies are connected by a connector so as to be interlocked.
