<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse radar device capable of detecting object information with high precision by being enabled to always detect the object information and updating a replica signal of a noise signal at any time, and its control method. <P>SOLUTION: When it is determined in a step S5 that the number n1 of sets of distance data exceeds the number Nr of sets of all distance data, it is determined that processing for object information detection is completed, and a process for replica signal creation is started. In steps S13, S15, and S16, a radar function is placed in operation to acquire noise signals by distance data in a step S17.
