<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conduit self-propelled vehicle provided with a carriage movable in a conduit and an inspecting instrument mounted on a carriage to inspect a state of the conduit, while allowing the vehicle to easily run over a concave-convex surface in the conduit. <P>SOLUTION: The carriage includes a pair of chassis members 13a, 13b extended along a longitudinal direction orthogonal to a vehicular width direction, and a pitching shaft 14 for connecting a space between the chassis members along the vehicular width direction. The pair of chassis members 13a, 13b is swingable around the pitching shaft 14.
